Palak Jagdale
President
Hello! My name is Palak and I'm a senior at PSHS. In early 2021, I began my volunteering journey with the Red Cross in hopes of giving back to my community in light of the COVID-19 crisis. Since then, I've had the opportunity to found this Red Cross Club, having previously established the one at Clark High School. In addition to my passion for volunteering, I enjoy riding my bike and coding, but never both at the same time — we don't want any buggy encounters! However, I do want your encounter with the club to be a learning experience: a place where we can build a community that grows beyond the Red Cross while staying true to its mission. Annabelle Shen

Hello! My name is Annabelle Shen and I'm a senior at PSHS. I have been volunteering with the Red Cross for 4 years now, recently holding the position as secretary and being part of the founding team of the Red Cross Club at Clark High School. I have dedicated over 80 hours of service with the Red Cross, as well as over 100 hours within other areas of my community. Some of my hobbies include playing the piano, baking, traveling, and spending time with my family. After once again helping to found the Red Cross Club here at Plano Senior, I am so excited to be your vice president for the second year in a row and to build a strong relationship with our Red Cross family! Diya Patel

Hello! My name is Diya Patel and I'm a junior at PSHS. I am the 2023-2024 secretary and this is my second year that I have been involved with Red Cross. Recently, I have also held the position of secretary for the Red Cross Club at Clark High School. Some of my hobbies include baking, playing sports with family and friends, traveling, and watching TV. Red Cross has given me the opportunity to volunteer and give back to my community, and I can't wait to be able to share this wonderful gift with all of our club members. Mina Chen
Historian
Hello! My name is Mina Chen and I am the 2023-2024 historian. This is the fourth year that I have been involved with the Red Cross, and I also volunteer at the Plano Public Library and Feed My Starving Children. Here are some fun facts about me! I know three languages (Mandarin, Taiwanese, English). I've also been a K-pop fan for years now, so I know a little bit of Korean too. Besides that, I have a strong obsession with the sky; almost 80% of the pictures in my album are photos of the sky, and the rest are all kinds of selfies. Kida Khanooni

Hello! It's a pleasure to introduce myself. I'm Kida Khanooni, a junior at PSHS, and I'm currently serving as the committee lead for this academic year. My journey with the Red Cross began back in my freshman year when I took on the role of treasurer at Clark. In my sophomore year, I had the privilege of serving as the president of our Red Cross chapter. These past few years have been a remarkable experience, allowing me to make a positive impact on the people around me. I'm excited about the upcoming events that we have planned for this year. The chance to contribute to our community through the Red Cross is something I'm truly passionate about. Besides my involvement with Red Cross, I play basketball and dedicate time to FIRST robotics.
